Manto arcoíris

Manto tejido en telar manual con hilado 100 %puro de pelo de llama hilada a mano en la puna argentina y seda de capullo.
Teñido con cochinilla, yerba mate y romerillo nativo uruguayo. Sobreteñido con indigofera Tinctoria de Bangladesh.
Medida: 58 cm x 190 cm + flecos de 15 cm

This garment is of  100 % llama hair hand spoon in the preandean mountains of Argentina and 100 % silk fiber from the butterfly silk cocoons. It has been hand woven on a hand loom .
Dyed with cochinilla insects which gives the pink tones, native uruguayan romerillo giving the yellows and with yerba mate with oxide giving the greens. then it has a second inmersion on a organic indigo vat
